Volvo has revealed more details of the marketing and customer experience strategy of its all-electrified-vehicle sub-brand Polestar. Polestar buyers will be able to spec and order cars online, or visit a franchised Polestar Space showroom staffed with non-commissioned product experts.After the sale, maintenance visits will also be hassle-free, with pickup and delivery service available.The start-up company’s first product, Polestar 1, was revealed as a concept in October 2017, as a 600-horsepower performance hybrid coupe set to begin production in mid-2019. Polestar 2, an all-electric vehicle aimed at the Tesla Model 3, will be revealed in early 2019.
