2020 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport

Volkswagen has announced that the 2020 Atlas Cross Sport SUV has been named to Ward's Best UX List. The award is given to vehicles that have an outstanding user experience. That includes how the driver and passengers interact with a vehicle through touchscreens, voice controls, connectivity, infortainment and driver assistance technologies. The award also gauges how intuitive the advanced controls are to use. The Atlas Cross Sport debuted this year as a 5-seater SUV with the comfort and technology of the 7-seat Atlas, while adding a bolder design, advanced connectivity and new driver-assistance features. Vehicles that do not properly address the issues covered by the UX achievement awards often do very poorly on consumer quality polls and can prove to be harder to sale.
