Toyota Venza Receives Nightshade Treatment
Toyota is bringing their Nightshade trim to the Venza midsize CUV for the 2023 model year. The Nightshade package has been incorporated into various Toyota models, like the Camry, Corolla, Prius, and Tacoma, among others, each time adding a stealthy aesthetic to each model. The 2023 Venza is no different, receiving blackout trim and wheels.
For starters, the Venza Nightshade will be spearheaded by a black acrylic front grille trim. The side profile is brought up to Nightshade-spec via black mirror caps, door handles, rocker panels and available roof rails. In back, a black shark fin antenna pokes out; both the rear and front bumpers are garnished by smoked chrome moldings. This model will ride atop special 19-inch gloss black wheels, sporting a matching set of badges. The Venza Nightshade is based on the XLE trim; this particular trim is only available in three paint options: Celestial White, Wind Chill Pearl or Ruby Flare Red. LED fog lamps are standard on both the Nightshade and XLE; the former can be equipped with Toyota’s Star Gaze Panoramic Roof. There’s no official confirmation on 2023 Venza delivery dates or pricing; however, the 2022 Venza XLE starts at $37,990. We expect the Nightshade to start somewhere around there.
