Following strong customer demand, Jeep has extended availability of the Tuscadero paint color into the 2022 Wrangler.

The special color is available on all Wrangler models, including the Sport, Sahara and Rubicon models, as well as Jeep’s first plug-in hybrid Wrangler, the 4xe. On the opposite end of the spectrum, those stepping up to Jeep’s V8-powered Wrangler, aptly named the 392, can also option out the Tuscadero color.

Tuscadero will add an additional $395 to any window sticker and is available for ordering through December 2021.

“We expected Tuscadero to be popular and the customer response has been overwhelmingly strong," said Jim Morrison, vice president and head of Jeep brand North America. “It's so popular, we're extending production into 2022 model-year production to meet strong customer demand. Customers can place an order through December of this year.”

Ordering for the special lacquer opened in August of 2021, receiving nearly 30,000 orders within the first three months. Tuscadero is the most popular Wrangler special-edition color for 2021.
