Land Rover plans to unveil a new Range Rover Sport on May 10th, 2022.

This Range Rover Sport will serve as the model’s third-generation. The announcement came with a small selection of images; in one, the Sport’s passenger-front can be seen in motion, albeit a little blurred. It shows the streak of a slimmed down LED headlight with dark pockets underneath, contrasting the body’s red paint.

In another image, the interior can (barely) be seen. It appears to be quite minimalist, taking some cues from the new Range Rover we recently experienced. According to Land Rover, the new Range Rover Sport’s interior is “crafted from the finest materials and sets the tone for a truly engaging drive.” The cabin is also said to be “defined by its dynamic, cockpit-like driving position, architectural lightness and precise detailing.” Land Rover also claims the Range Rover Sport has been redefined with the “latest advanced digital and chassis technology.”

A tall order to fill, but one we can’t wait to see. We’ll have more details on the new Land Rover Range Rover Sport here on MotorWeek!
