Tesla has reached a milestone for the Model 3…. 5,000 a week. The company reports they produced 5,031 Model 3’s during the final week of June. That’s an important number after a series of production problems for the company’s newest car. From April to June, Tesla produced 28,578 Model 3’s. That’s almost three times the number during the previous three months. They did it by opening up a second assembly line. Tesla says they’ve delivered 28,386 Model 3’s so far, but they still have about 420,000 orders to fill. The company hopes to be making 6,000 Model 3’s per week by late next month.
