Geneva Motor Show Goes Virtual
After the cancellation of this week's Geneva Motor Show due to Coronavirus concerns, show organizers and vehicle manufacturers have scrambled to come up with alternatives for the dozens of world debuts that were scheduled to take place. Some manufacturers have already held their press conferences or released information, while others have chosen to stage their reveals to online audiences at the originally scheduled times, beginning tomorrow Tuesday March 3 at 8:00am Central European Time. Geneva show officials have organized a virtual auto show, setting up an online portal where press and public alike can view the full slate of press conferences, partly live, originating from off-site locations rather than the Geneva show floor. Car manufacturers participating in the virtual auto show include Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Volkswagen, Bentley, Mclaren, Audi, Porsche, Aston Martin, and a host of others. Keep it locked here for updates throughout the day tomorrow, or tune in for yourself here.
