Heralding the rebirth of a classic name and the creation of a new choice for truck customers, the all-new Ford Maverick makes its debut on June 8. The compact pickup is expected to share undepinnings with the Escape and Bronco Sport crossovers, making it smaller and cheaper than the body-on-frame Ranger mid-size truck.  Actress Gabrielle Union will introduce the all-new truck on her own Instagram and TikTok channels, on Ford’s social channels as well as on Hulu. The Maverick will be Ford’s first vehicle to debut on its new U.S. TikTok channel.  No word on whether Top Gun Tom Cruise will make a guest appearance... 

Maverick should arrive by the end of the year starting at just over $20,000.
