Barely two days after it’s official debut, GMC says that reservations for the first of it’s Hummer EV pickup line are already sold out. With a price of $112,595 that is truly remarkable. When sales begin in the fall of next year, the “Edition 1” Hummer pickup will be the first of four models that will roll out over the next few following years. According to Automotive News, GMC also says that about half of its dealers are already signed to sell the Hummer sub brand, and that every effort will be made to offer the EV rig with no haggle pricing. The Hummer pickup will be among the first EV consumer trucks to bow, and will be followed by numerous other electric pickups from established brands like Ford, as well EV only automakers like Tesla and Rivian.
