When it comes to how satisfied people are with their new cars… automakers are getting even better at making their customers happy.  A new study by J.D. Power finds the appeal of new vehicles has improved for the 5-th year in a row.  Better infotainment systems and the availability of advanced driver assistance systems are the two areas automakers made this biggest gains.

Of all cars in the study, the Audi A7 is the highest-scoring model. Porsche ranked highest overall.  Ram top the list among mass market brands. Ford walked away with awards in the most segments. Below you can see how all manufacturers faired in this study.

This is the 24-th year J.D. Power has conducted the U.S. Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout Study.  Researchers consider 77 attributes of each vehicle, including power and comfort. They questioned nearly 68,000 purchasers and lessees between February 2019 and May 2019.
