2024 Nissan GT-R Pricing Detailed; Premium, T-Spec and NISMO… Oh My!
May 18, 2023We’ve already reported on the Nissan GT-R’s 2024 facelift, but we’ve finally received word on official pricing, starting at $122,885.
That price is for the entry-level Premium trim, and includes Nissan’s $1,895 destination and handling charge. Naturally, there’s a NISMO trim to be had for the ultra-performance minded (though, arguably, a “base” GT-R can satisfy those urges); and, there’s a returning player in the game, named T-Spec.
It’s one small step to the T-Spec, starting at $142,885, followed by a relatively giant leap for the NISMO, setting you back $222,885. The T-Spec includes the NISMO’s carbon-ceramic brakes and RAYS 20-inch forged wheels, along with NISMO-tuned Vehicle Dynamic Control and wider front fenders. It also comes in two new colors, Millennium Jade and Midnight Purple, both of which were iconic GT-R colors from the ‘90s.
The R35 GT-R, which first tackled American roads in 2008, has seen numerous enhancements over the years in terms of looks, features and powertrain. In it’s most recent state, the 3.8 liter twin-turbo V6 makes 565 horsepower in the Premium and T-Spec, punching up to 600 horsepower in the NISMO. Once channeled through the six-speed dual-clutch automatic, power is delivered to all four corners through the latest iteration of the legendary ATTESA E-TS all-wheel drive system, allowing the GT-R to reach for optimal performance under various driving conditions.
This 2024 facelift may not signify the arrival of an R36 like some had hoped, but it does perpetuate a certain calling of sports car excellence that Nissan has thoroughly lived up to.
