As the average price of a new car seems to continue climbing, the 2023 Nissan Versa is set to launch with an affordable entry price of $16,825.

At this price of admission, customers will be able to drive off the lot in the base Versa S, equipped with– believe it or not– a five-speed manual transmission. The price also includes Nissan’s $1,095 destination charge.

Equipping the S with an Xtronic CVT automatic will run a little more, starting now at $18,495. All 2023 models will come outfitted with some new exterior styling, namely in the front fascia and grille. A new Nissan logo will also adorn the body, carried by new 17-inch alloy wheels on the top-trim SR grade.

Speaking of, the final two trims available for 2023 are the SV and aforementioned SR. After delivery, the SV breaches the $20K mark, starting at $20,115. The SV will ring up a little more, now $20,815. Being the top-trim, expect it to come equipped with all the Versa’s top amenities, like an 8-inch infotainment touchscreen, automatic climate control, Wi-Fi hotspot capabilities and NissanConnect Services.

Regardless of which trim consumers pick up, they’ll have access to a variety of standard safety features. These include Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Departure Warning, Rear Automatic Braking and High Beam Assist. Additional tech, like Blind SPort Warning and Rear Cross Traffic Alert, is also available.

The 2023 Nissan Versa is on sale this fall.
