Nissan has opened sales on the 2022 Kicks SUV; pricing after destination and handling fees starts at $20,875.

The Nissan Kicks S is the entry level trim, followed by the SV and SR. The Kicks S comes standard with a 7-inch touchscreen display with Apple Carplay and Android Auto compatibility, as well as Nissan’s own NissanConnect Services. This suite of features include Wi-Fi hotspot capabilities, remote vehicle commands and more. 

The Kicks SV adds an 8-inch display, Intelligent Cruise Control, an Electronic Parking Brake and 17-inch aluminum wheels. The highest trim, the Kicks SR, features special LED headlights and LED accents, cloth seats with orange accents and stitching, a leather wrapped steering wheel, Intelligent Around View Monitor, and LED fog lights.

The Kicks SV starts at $22,725; the SR at $23,415. One package is available: the SR Premium Package, most notably adding a Bose Personal Plus 8-speaker sound system, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel and Prima-Tex-appointed seat trim with orange accents. The Premium Package adds an additional $1,200.

Each trim will include the Nissan Safety Shield 360, which offers a variety of safety features. This includes Rear Automatic Braking, stopping the car when a potential collision is detected while reversing at low speeds.

All 2022 Nissan Kicks will feature a front-wheel-drive layout powered by a 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine, rated at 122 horsepower and 114 lb-ft. of torque. Fuel economy is rated at 31 mpg city, 36 mpg highway and 33 mpg combined.
