2022 Ford Ranger-- Lariat Splash "Snow Edition"

Ford’s Ranger pickup is receiving three new  editions, the Snow, Forest and Sand Editions, with an array of new color options.

These new so-called “Splash Limited Editions”-- named such for their one-time-only colors that will drop every few months-- are themed around different environmental biomes; kicking off the run is the Snow Edition, set to release Spring 2022. Pricing for the Splash Limited Edition Packages is expected to add $1,495 to the total MSRP.

The Snow Edition can be equipped with the Lariat Ranger Splash. It comes in a unique “Avalanche” white paint with matching grille inserts and Magnetic gray accents. The interior features leather-trimmed seats with “Ash Gray” accent stitching, and carbon weave tuxedo stripes and bolsters. The Snow Edition is to be limited to around 750 units.

2022 Ford Ranger-- XLT Splash "Forest Edition"

The next limited package is the Forest Edition, equippable on the XLT Ranger Splash, finished in a “Forged Green” paint with Magnetic gray accents and red grille inserts. The interior is occupied by unique cloth seats in white with Ash Gray stitching and carbon weave tuxedo stripes and bolsters, similar to the Avalanche Edition. The Forest Edition is expected to make landfall in Summer 2022 with around 500 units.

2022 Ford Ranger-- XLT Splash "Sand Edition"

The third and final package announced is the XLT Ranger Splash- Sand Edition. The outside of the pickup is finished in “Desert Sand” paint, featuring the same Magnetic gray and red grille accents and inserts. The interior was described as similar to the Forest Edition: unique black cloth seats with Ash Gray accent stitching and carbon weave tuxedo stripes and bolsters. The Sand Edition is expected to be capped at around 500 units, available Fall 2022.

2022 Ford Ranger-- Splash Package

The announcement of these packages follows Ford’s previous tease of the Splash Package, which includes distinctive orange paint with orange and black side graphics, unique matte black wheels, orange and black trimmed interior, and specially designed seats. The Splash Package will be available for the entire run of the 2022 model year.
