2026 Cadillac VISTIQ Continues All-Electric “IQ” Vision
November 12, 2024If you’ve been keeping up with Cadillac’s battery-electric switch, you may be familiar with their “IQ” naming convention: LYRIQ, OPTIQ, and ESCALADE IQ, all SUVs of various stature. Add another into the fold, the three-row VISTIQ, joining Caddy’s EV portfolio for the 2026 model year.
The VISTIQ slots below the ESCALADE IQ, measuring 206-inches long and 87-inches wide, riding on a 122-inch wheelbase. A standard all-wheel-drive layout is achieved by a dual motor setup with a total output of 615 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque, powered by a 102 kilowatt-hour battery. Manufacturer estimates put range estimates at 300 miles, capable of recouping up to 79 miles after 10 minutes spent hooked up to a proper DC fast charger.
An air suspension system and active rear steering are both available, though the VISTIQ will come assembled with standard chassis damping control. The “regular” wheels measure 21 inches in diameter, though 22- and 23-inch designs are offered for those desiring more rim than rubber. Anything smaller wouldn’t match the VISTIQ’s design, which forges its own path while staying within “IQ” design language, the swept-back windshield and “Black Crystal Shield” grille chief among them. The interior boasts more impressive measurements, namely the 33-inch LED screen encompassing both information and entertainment.
The third row is said to feature comfort and amenities often left to more forward resting passengers– things like padded armrests, additional device charging and storage options, and the all important cupholders. Five-zone climate control should keep everybody comfortable, while a 23-speaker AKG sound system will keep all three-rows bumpin’. And as expected, a number of driver assistance systems are included to bolster safety.
Arriving Summer 2025, the 2026 Cadillac VISTIQ will be available in Luxury, Sport and Premium Luxury grades, starting at $78,790 before destination.
