Nissan’s “Rock Creek” off-road branding has gone Rogue, soon to be applied to the brand’s compact SUV for the first time.

The 2025 Nissan Rogue Rock Creek Edition is a largely nominal affair, both in terms of RC-specific badging and the industry trend of overland-ifying an otherwise commuter utility. That means all-terrain tires, unique styling and extra equipment.

That set of tires is a squared setup of 235/65 Falken Wild Peaks, mounted on 17-inch wheels finished in satin black with a red accent on one of the six spokes. That theme carries itself across the Rock Creek, as seen on the redesigned front fascia and tubular roof rack. And you’ll even find a similar treatment inside, namely the water-repellent seating with red stitching.

Those front seats are heated, and can be joined by a heated steering wheel should the available premium package be equipped. This add-on also integrated a motion-activated power liftgate, a memory driver’s seat and outside mirrors, LED accent lighting and a wireless charging pad, among other amenities. All Rock Creeks see a 12-volt outlet in the cargo area and an Off-Road view added to the surround view monitor, relaying additional views of the surrounding terrain to the driver via the center infotainment screen, available up to 12 mph.

As for actually driving the thing, the Rock Creek gains a hill descent control feature, furthering the all-wheel drive system’s capabilities should steeper-than-average declines be on the trail map. Like all Rogues, expect a 1.5-liter turbo-three under the hood, rated at 201 horsepower and 225 lb-ft of torque, sent to that AWD system through a continuously variable transmission.

We’re not sure how much the 2025 Nissan Rogue Rock Creek– or any ‘25 Rogue for that matter– will end up costing consumers, but we’ll know for certain by summer’s end. And if the Rogue Rock Creek is anything like its Pathfinder predecessor, we’ll enjoy putting it up to some light off-road duties.
