2024 Nissan Frontier Starts at $31K; Hardbody Edition at $42K

Nissan has recently confirmed pricing for their 2024 Frontier midsize pickup, starting at $31,105.

That price will net consumers an entry-level Frontier S King Cab 4×2, including the $1,335 destination charge. But the big news revolving around this pickup is a special Hardbody Edition, starting at $42,095.

The Hardbody Edition is a throwback to the original Nissan pickups from the 1980s, something we tested when they were fresh on the market and surrounded by other compact competitors. This new Hardbody takes us back with heritage-styled 17-inch wheels wrapped by all-terrain tires, retro graphics and, perhaps the defining feature, a black sports bar propped up behind the cab. This package is limited edition, and prospective nostalgists will need to fork up an additional $3,890 in order for the Hardbody treatment to be applied to their SV Crew Cab 4×4.

Other changes to the lineup include a new SL grade available on the Crew Cab range. The SL is appointed with LED lighting, leather seats and a Fender 10-speaker sound system, among other features. This trim, along with destination, will retail for $40,975 as a 4×2 and $43,975 for a 4×4. Eager off-roaders will still be able to look towards the PRO line of trucks, starting at $37,635 if a 4×2 is all that’s needed. The PRO-4X will provide a 4×4 system for an extra $3,000.
