Ford Mustang Mach-E Outsells Gas Powered Models
Ford’s electric Mustang Mach-E has pulled ahead and outsold its gas-powered counterpart.
Ford says, in June, the Mustang Mach-E outsold the gas-fed Mustang Coupe and convertible by a couple hundred units. The Mach-E saw 2,465 sales in June, compared to the Mustang’s 2,240. Even though this is the first time the Mach-E has pulled ahead in the sales race, it wasn’t actually the best month of sales for the EV SUV. So was this just a fluke? Or will we see more of the Mach-E coming out on top? Only time will tell.
Rivian is cooking up a pretty cool accessory for its R1T electric pickup truck.
Check out this full camp kitchen that fits in a storage space between the cabin and the bed, in what Rivian calls the “gear tunnel.” This on-the-go kitchen has a two-burner induction cooktop, a sink with a four gallon capacity, and it even has a 30 piece cook wear set that fits in a drawer so everything doesn’t rattle around when driving. You can also remove the kitchen when not using it. But all this doesn’t come cheap, it will set you back $5,000 and that’s on top of the nearly $70,000 starting price for the R1T.
Instagram is one of the biggest ways to show off your car and it turns out, it doesn’t have to be a luxury or super car to get the most likes. The website Zutobi looked at the total amount of posts for the two most popular hashtags, as well as the average amount of likes for each car. And the results? The most popular car on Instagram is the Ford Mustang. The number two spot goes to the Nissan GT-R followed by the Honda Civic.
